Seven Boson Deepens Engagement with the NVIDIA Developer Ecosystem to Deliver Open-Source Sovereign AI for Healthcare, Cyber Defense, Finance and Robotics
The Sovereign Agent Operating System (SAOS) will combine world-class accelerated computing, open-source foundation models, and security-first architecture — designed to give nations and global enterprises full ownership of their AI stack.
San Francisco, CA — July 13, 2026. Seven Boson, the sovereign AI decision-intelligence company, today announced the expansion of its work within the NVIDIA developer ecosystem as it develops a sovereign AI platform for governments and Tier 1 enterprises built on open standards and openly licensed models.
At the center of the announcement is the Seven Boson Sovereign Agent Operating System (SAOS), a full-stack, auditable AI operating system that will run entirely inside a nation’s or enterprise’s own perimeter. Its hardware-abstracted design will let each sovereign customer choose — and change — compute and infrastructure providers at any time, with no component tied to a single vendor.
Open Models. Sovereign Ownership. World-Class Silicon.
A structural shift is underway in enterprise and government AI: the world’s most demanding customers no longer want to rent intelligence through closed APIs — they want to own it. Seven Boson’s thesis is that the winning stack for the AGI era will combine three ingredients:
- World-class chips — accelerated computing as the performance foundation, deployed inside sovereign data centers and AI factories, sourced from the vendor each nation selects
- Open-source models — openly licensed foundation and domain models, fine-tuned and served locally, so every weight, prompt, and decision will remain auditable and owned by the customer
- Security by architecture — Seven Boson’s Guardian Layer, which will provide cryptographically signed agent actions, human-in-the-loop escalation, immutable audit trails, and full air-gap operation with zero external network calls
“Nations and global enterprises have told us the same thing: they will not build critical infrastructure on models they cannot inspect or compute they do not control. Our objective is to deliver frontier-class capability that our customers will actually own — the model weights, the data, the audit trail, and the infrastructure — on the hardware and cloud of their choosing.
Openly licensed models fine-tuned on sovereign data are becoming increasingly competitive with closed alternatives for the missions that matter — clinical decision support, cyber defense, and autonomous systems — while eliminating the strategic risk of vendor dependency.”
— Chet White, Co-Founder & CEO, Seven Boson
Purpose-Built for Mission-Critical Verticals
The SAOS Vertical Pack program will deliver mission-optimized agent suites — pre-configured agents, data connectors, Guardian Layer policies, and 12-month KPI frameworks — for the sectors where sovereignty matters most: healthcare, cyber defense, finance, robotics and autonomous systems, energy, and communications.
The objective: a common sovereign platform that governments and enterprises will be able to deploy across ministries and business units, with healthcare planned as the first pack to enter pilot deployment.
Leadership Bench Built for National-Scale AI
Seven Boson’s leadership and advisory team spans Google, NASA, DARPA, IIT Madras, the UN Independent Scientific Panel on AI, the U.S. National Science Foundation, and global capital markets — the combination of frontier AI engineering, government procurement experience, and sovereign wealth relationships required to deliver national-scale AI programs.
